Camille Marek - Head Trainer Peckham

Meet Camille, our Canadian sweetheart. Camille joined Milo and the Bull in the summer of 2022. Not only is Camille an incredible coach, but she’s also leading Milo and the Bull’s Sales and Membership Programme. Got a question about joining the Milo Community? Camille is your girl. Camille is also Pre-Post Natal qualified and leads our Strong Mum classes in Peckham.

Harry Grenville - Personal Trainer

Voted members ‘Favourite Coach’ this year, and Milo OG, Harry is sure to leave you feeling energised and amazing after any class she takes. Harry not only leads our weekly Friday classes in Clapham, she is also a Senior Talent Manager. We don’t know where Harry gets her amazing energy from, but its’s fair to say we all want a share of it.

Darcie Webb - Personal Trainer

Meet Darcie. With a background in Yoga, Barre, and Dance, Darcie knows everything there is to know about mobility. Interested in increasing your flexibility or improving mobility, Darcie’s your girl.

Darcie’s amazingly infectious energy will leave you feeling refreshed and happy after any workout you do with her.

Leading our Circuits classes in Peckham, Darcie can be found in the studio coaching and often training. If she’s not in the gym, you’ll see her tearing through the London streets as she trains for marathons.

Izzy Hathaway - Head Trainer London Bridge

Meet Izzy! Izzy is a fitness coach, yoga teacher, and bodywork specialist.

She is passionate about helping others take care of their physical and mental wellbeing having rehabbed her own body through injuries sustained from dance training.

Izzy loves to find the balance between training and recovery, and always brings her amazing positive energy to everything she approaches.

Izzy’s favourite class is CREW.

Josh Cooper - Head of Product Development

Meet Josh. Josh is one of the Milo and the Bull OG’s, he has been leading coaching and programming at our Clapham Studio since day one. Josh knows the Milo and the Bull mindset better than anyone. Not only is Josh our Head Coach, but he also manages his own PT Clients. Josh can be found in all our studios, he’s often seen running or cycling between classes, coaching and chatting to all our members.

Josh’s favourite Milo class is COAR.

 

Adam Knowles - Head Trainer Clapham

Along with maple syrup and Milo trainer Camille, one of Britain’s best exports from Canada has to be Adam. Adam’s reputation in the fitness industry is second to none. Known for his sharp focus, endless expertise and driven nature it’s easy to see why Adam is an award-winning Personal Trainer.

Adam will help anyone make the most out of their workout. Looking for a trainer who will inspire you to reach your goals while having fun, Adam’s your man.

Julia Heward - Head of Marketing and Events

Former Milo member, Julia joined the Milo team full time in the Summer of 2022. Julia leads on all our Marketing and Events as well as Coaching.

Often seen running between studios, Julia’s a fan favourite of cardio and running. If you are looking for a run buddy, Julia’s your girl.

Julia is also Pre/Post natal qualified and leads our Strong Mum classes in London Bridge.

Will Atkinson - Personal Trainer

Meet Will! Our resident Northener and expert trainer.

Will’s classes are high energy, fun, and always a laugh. Looking for the best way to kick off your weekend? Make sure you book into Will’s Regatta or Circuit sessions at London Bridge and Peckham, these sessions will get you working as a team, sweating it out together.

Hayley Woodruff - Personal Trainer

Hayley is another of Milo and the Bull’s OG’s. Hayley has been here from the start and also leads our amazing Strong Mum programme. With over 6 years of experience helping women with motherhood’s changes, she’s recognised as an incredibly thoughtful, motivated and encouraging coach. Got an issue with your form? Hayley will fix it.

Richie Steele - Head of Fitness and Co-Founder

Meet Richie. Co-founder and Head Trainer at Milo and the Bull. As an X Professional Rower, Richie put’s the rest of the Milo team to shame when he gets on the rower.

Richie can be found between all our studios coaching classes, working with his own Personal Training clients and leading all the operations of Milo and the Bull! He’s a seriously busy man,

Rea Briggs - Personal Trainer

Long term Milo Personal Trainer, Rea’s an expert when it comes to coaching the Milo community.

Expert 1-1 Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Rea’s beaming smile will get you through the hardest of workouts.

Make sure you hit up Rea’s strength sessions on Tuesday and Thursdays to hear her Milo Bangers.

Maddy Jupp - Personal Trainer

Meet Maddy! Maddy’s been coaching classes for over 5 years and brings energy, fun, and a sprinkling of spice to her classes.
