Our Story
We met in 2013, George was playing professional rugby at Harlequins FC and Richie was working with the Strength and Conditioning Team. At the time, George had a neck injury, which led to spending more sessions in the gym with Richie who was working in sports rehab with injured players. We spent a lot of time sharing stories about our experience and love of sport but we grew a common bond of health, fitness and wellbeing where all the hard work is performed in the gym.
We’ve both been lucky enough to play and experience sport in some amazing places all over the world and feel passionately that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy sport, achieve their best and reach their fitness goals.
We all know the benefits of being fit and well, so, we want to use our skills and experience to make a positive contribution to the community using three simple principles on the quest to maintain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle:
• Balance
• Consistency
• Enjoyment
We look forward to seeing you in the gym soon!
